A complete resource center, all families who come to our Children’s Center are provided with resources and referrals to needed services in the community. This site is designed to help families and organizations make wise decisions regarding child welfare and enhance the quality of child care resources throughout the community. We hope the information we provide will be useful and beneficial.
At our Children’s Center we provide support to those in the community who are in need. It is our goal to educate community families about resources that are available to them while empowering the ability of parents to create stable, safe, and nurturing home environments through the use of parenting programs and resources.

The Foundation for Community and Family Health generates resources and financial assets in order to fund health-related services and enhance the health and well-being of children and families in the Corona and Norco Communities. We make referrals, not recommendations. It is the responsibility of the parent seeking care, resources and referrals to verify that a provider's information is accurate and evaluate the quality of resources and care being offered. Counseling, information and resources are available to assist parents in choosing the situation that best fits their child's needs. Referred providers are certified, licensed, and registered.

2-1-1 is a free phone number and online database that connects Californians quickly and effectively to existing health and human service programs, joblessness support and disaster response information in their communities. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in 150 different languages.
Currently, 92 percent of the state’s population in 27 counties has access to 2-1-1. Nationally, 2-1-1 covers 80 percent of the US population.
2-1-1 information and referral providers connect people of all income levels and language and cultural backgrounds to resources tailored to their needs and circumstances, taking into account accessibility, eligibility requirements and other factors through live assistance from certified I & R specialists or online.
