The Foundation for Community and Family Health
Walk for Health
Our local fight against Breast Cancer
A team and individual event and a
fun time for a great cause. The Foundation for Community and Family
Health is a non-competitive walk supporting the Foundation’s
commitment to fight cancer on through early dectection and education.
Today, there is more hope than ever for people touched by breast
cancer. However, outreach to promote early dectection and support to
those living with the disease is still needed.
The Foundation for Community and Family Health encourages all of us
To unite in this effort and pool our resources to create a brighter,
healthier future for our community.
Join us in our local fight
against Breast Cancer. Walk for yourself, your daughter, your loved
one, your friend, your mother, your community. You can make a
difference.

You are amazing! Our 2007 Walk for Health was a huge success. Now The Foundation For Community and Family Health will be able to invest even more in our local fight with the ultimate goal of providing to the courageous group of men and women learning to cope and deal with breast cancer. So thank you very, very much for your monumental commitment in this journey.
You are the reason that our 2007 Walk for Health was such a success. It would have been impossible to accomplish what we did without you. Some of you are going through your personal journey with breast cancer, some of you provide treatment and care, for many cancer has touched your life and for others, you give because you do. You answered the call as a community member to step forward with great enthusiasm! You broke the record for the most successful breast cancer walk in the foundation’s history. And that’s something to be genuinely proud of. You have made a real difference.
Now, in these days after our wonderful journey, and as we prepare for the 2007 walk, take a minute to reflect on what you
have done. Think about all of those smiles in the face of adversity.
Think about our vibrant community coming together with one purpose.
Think about the wonderful, passionate people you met. This is your time
to say, “I was part of the solution.
On behalf of The Foundation for Community and Family Health, staff and our community, we Thank you!
