In November, The Foundation for Community and Family Health will present An Evening to Remember… Be Wined, Dined and Inspired. Join us and lend your support to the many Foundation programs that are changing lives in Corona every day.

This has been a challenging year - in our nation and in our community - and we are seeing the casualties. The face of need has changed. No longer does our Foundation serve a population that is easily defined. Today we are serving your neighbors, your adult children and close family friends. Look around any room and, chances are, someone in that room has contacted our Foundation for help.

During the first half of this year the Foundation provided 3,513 childhood immunizations and TB tests that kept children in school. We provided 280 WIC physicals to qualify families for food subsidy and health education programs. 573 children received new shoes, 629 children received clothing and underwear and another 675 received backpacks that contained school supplies and personal hygiene products. Our breast health program made it possible for countless uninsured and underinsured women to receive important diagnostic exams. Two were diagnosed with cancer. If not for our program, their cancer would have gone undetected for a much longer period and their outcomes would have been severely compromised.
