The Foundation for Community and Family Health would like to announce its Annual Golf Tournament on August 8th, 2011 at Bear Creek Golf Club. As a Foundation sponsor you can be assured your support will stay right here in the Inland Empire and have an immediate impact on a child or adult in need.

With the added financial strain on families due to the loss of jobs
and or medical insurance, we have seen more and more families need our services. This tournament will allow us to maintain our no cost services and ensure these important community programs continue.
As a result of community support more than 10,000 children, families, men and women received support in 2010.

A snapshot of some of the work your support helped provide:
- 5,308 children immunizations were given to 3,883 children
who are underinsured, or have no medical insurance - 3,096 school admittance TB skin tests were provided to local
children - Diabetes screening and education to the Community
- Weekly Childbirth Classes to soon-to-be parents
- 660 Diagnostic breast care including exams, mammograms,
ultra sounds and biopsies.
IMPORTANT NEWS:
Today The Foundation for Community and Family Health is the ONLY organization in Corona and Norco with funds to support uninsured women and men who are symptomatic and need life-saving diagnostic breast services!
