About the Foundation
The Foundation for Community and Family Health is a private nonprofit organization that serves children, youth, seniors and families in the Corona and Norco areas of Southern California. The Foundation for Community and Family Health has a strong commitment to fund programs and services that address the unmet needs in the community. The purpose behind all our programs is to help our community stay healthy and informed.
The Foundation for Community and Family Health objectives are:
• To generate resources and financial assets to fund health-related services to benefit children and families within the greater Corona and Norco communities.
• To identify and address the unmet health-related needs of children and families in our community.
• To provide health related educational opportunities to promote the optimal health of the people we serve.
Our community, our neighbors, our family - it's the conservation of these things that motivates us to strive toward our vision of Healthy Communities Today for a Healthy Community Tomorrow. The Foundation for Community and Family Health helps people make a difference by inspiring the spirit of giving with the goal to strengthen our communities by meeting the needs and enhancing the lives of children and families in the Corona and Norco areas.
